Eligible Categories

• 1.Study in Punjab: 1. Studied in Punjab for at least 5 years 2. Studied in Punjab for 2 years just before the qualifying exam
• 2.Children/Wards of Employees: 1. Parent is Punjab Government employee (posted anywhere) with minimum 3 years service 2. Parent is Government of India employee posted in Punjab/Chandigarh for 3 years related to Punjab work 3. Parent is employee of State Government institutions/undertakings working in Punjab/Chandigarh for 3 years 4. Parent is employee in autonomous bodies/companies with 20% or more Punjab Govt. share and 3 years service 5. Parent works outside Punjab (Govt. of India/Punjab Govt.) but has permanent address in Punjab 6. Parent is employee of Punjab & Haryana High Court working for Punjab with at least 3 years service (Min: 3 yrs)
• 3.Children/Wards of Pensioners: Children of Punjab Government pensioners are eligible regardless of where the pensioner currently lives
• 4.Settled or Resided in Punjab: 1. Parent has lived in Punjab for at least 5 years 2. Parent stayed in Punjab earlier for job or profession
• 5.Property Ownership: Parent/guardian or candidate owns immovable property in Punjab for at least 5 years
• 6.Birth in Punjab: Candidate was born in Punjab and can provide valid proof
